Facility Manager Assistant

Under the supervision of the Facility Manager, the Entity/Facility Manager Assistant is responsible to assist for the day-to-day activities the facility.

He/She will be accountable for the smooth sales of the products in the project area meeting sales targets.

Background 

 

  1.  Facility Manager Assistance
    • Assist the Facility Manager in his day to day tasks

 

 

  1. Sales:
    • Ensure the items produced are being sold

 

 

  1. Reporting and documentation
    • Assist the facility manager in the reporting and documentation

 

 

  1. Requirements
    • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
    • Knowledge of sales techniques
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Good analytical/critical thinking
    • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field

Previous experience with Non-governmental organizations is an advantage
