The consultant / consultancy shall perform an evaluation for a health project implemented in all 8 governorates in Lebanon. The project provides Healthcare centers (HCCs) with medications, Capacity Building and Awareness sessions to Beneficiaries. The External Evaluator is expected to asses the projects' overall performance.
