Training Coordinator

Tasks include the following:

  • Screen and interview potential candidates for a training program related to mental health in the workplace.
  • Support the preparation and revision of training materials related to mental health in the workplace.
  • Coordinate and implement the training program with expert trainers.
  • Organize training logistics.
  • Participate in the preparation of training evaluation reports.
  • Coordinate with trainees and provide support and follow up during the trainings implementation.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in coordination of trainings.
  • Experience working with NGOs.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
