ACTED, is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for one lot for the following description of the services:
Lot: 1
Description: one (1) year framework Agreement for Videographer services
Quantity: Refer to offer form
Unit: Refer to offer form
INCOTERMS & Delivery point: ACTED offices in Beirut and Tripoli
Delivery deadline: 7 days after Call of Purchase Order
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in english) may be downloaded from the website at https://daleel-madani.org/ under the section “Call for Tenders”.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.

How to Apply
All bids must be submitted before on 09/03/2023 at 5:00 pm at ACTED office at the following address: 2nd lower ground floor, Atomium Twin Tower building (near Warde / opposite BOB), Achrafieh Street, Achrafieh, Beirut in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to Lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place in March 2023 (exact date and time to be determined) in the ACTED representative office in 2nd lower ground floor, Atomium Twin Tower building (near Warde / opposite BOB), Achrafieh Street, Achrafieh, Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
In Case the tender packages size exceeds 8 MB, the email will not be received in ACTED's mailbox, it is thus recommended to send them via we transfer
