Call for Recruitment Services

INJAZ Lebanon is seeking offers from recruitment agencies & freelance registered recruitment consultants to help in filling several positions within our Organization. Preferably, agencies & consultants applying to this opportunity would have worked with other Non-Profit organizations and are aware of the related different functions, roles & responsibilities. 

The services required include but not limited to:

• Posting & Advertising Openings - Support in drafting Job Descriptions where needed and posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Applicants' screening and shortlisting - Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting qualified candidates for our consideration.
• Interview scheduling - Handling the scheduling and coordination of interviews between our organization and the shortlisted applicants. 
• Reference and background checking - Conducting thorough reference and background checks on our preferred candidates before making a final decision.
• Offer negotiation and onboarding - Assisting us in the negotiation of job offers and the onboarding of newly hired employees.

To be able to compare different offers, we'd like you to quote the recruitment of 5 positions at the organization, 3 of them being senior positions (with at least 3 years of experience) and 2 being junior positions (1 to 2 years of experience). 

Instructions & Qualifications:

• Agencies &/or Consultants must be legally registered and must enclose to the offer their legal registration documents
• Agencies &/or Consultants should send the following documents seperately within the same email when applying: a) Legal Registration, b) Detailed Recruitment Process including timeline to fill the position from start to end, c) Financial Proposal, d) Portfolio of the agency &/or the Consultant along with the CVs of the team working on the scope of work.
• Payment Terms: Each position will be paid seperately, 30% will be paid on the launch of the process, 50% paid after sharing a minimum of 5 shortlisted profiles with potential employment, 20% at the end of the job 
• Offers must be submitted in US Dollars while the VAT (If applicable), must be mentioned in LBP 
• Offers must be valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening. A bid valid for a shorter period shall be rejected
• Offers must be submitted in English language
• Relevant experience in Non-Profit organization is very important
• An authorized representative of the agency &/or consultant must sign, stamp and date the quotation, and other relative documents accompanying it.
