About Berytech
A leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon. Under the GIL project, Berytech aims to Increase access of Lebanese and Non-Lebanese youth (17-25 years) to technical and vocational training and innovative skills building programs for improved professional readiness and employability.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in any related field + regular certifications to stay up to date.
15+ years of experience in Web Development and Online marketing, developing strategies to engage and convert new and existing audiences.
Experience spanning over a multitude of industries including e-commerce, retail, F&B, health, food and business development. Work experience with diverse local and regional clients in addition to international organizations such as USAID, European Commission, World Food Program, UN Commissions, UKAID, World Bank Group, Italian Trade Agency, GIZ, and Embassies.

Deliverables:
Website Development and Maintenance:
- Manage regular maintenance, changes and adaptations of the Berytech.org platform and Qoot.org
- Front-end and Backend Development (Wordpress, Elementor)
- Web-design and web content design execution & support across the website (CTAs, dedicated events pages, Blog, Podcast, Directory, Reports, etc.)
- Design, Create, and Optimize the microsite of every program managed by Berytech and its sub-pages (UX UI strategy, follow different branding, different type of content, etc.)
- Make sure all websites are SEO friendly.
- Tracking visitors of the websites and every microsite separately, providing regular reporting such as Google Analytics, social reports, and support in repurposing the content strategies to reach the needed targets and KPIs.
- Train and initiate the C&O department team members on using the front end to edit, upload and manage the CMS.
Digital Marketing Management:
- Setting the Digital Marketing Strategies of every campaign related to a program, an event, an activity or any initiative owned by Berytech (Podcast, crowdfunding campaigns, etc.)
- Execute and Manage all Digital Marketing campaigns on all Berytech social media channels.
- Provide detailed reporting for every campaign as per the requirements of the different donors.
- Onboard newcomers and train team members on running digital ads campaigns and extracting reports
Across Department Support:
- CRM implementation and management: Research & benchmark the choice of CRM platform, sign up and activate the Berytech account, review and upload data received across departments, clean it up then upload it on the CRM.
- Graphic and digital design support: Impact report, Podcast, microsite design
- Design and develop the BerytechBeat weekly newsletter.
- Come to the office once every week and spend a full day with the team.
- Train and share knowledge with the C&O team related to multiple topics as needed, such as Web Content design, SEO, UX/UI, etc.
