Sewing Trainer

Main Tasks:

• Developing training materials for a sewing workshop to produce tote bags
• Conducting training sessions on advanced sewing techniques for trainees. This includes demonstrating the techniques, answering questions, and providing feedback to trainees to promote quality production.
• Monitoring the use of equipment, the trainer ensures that trainees use sewing equipment safely and correctly. This includes regular maintenance of equipment.
• Keeping accurate records, the trainer keeps accurate records of trainee progress, attendance, and other relevant information.
• Keeping accurate records for all the items produced.
• Liaise with the center coordinator in providing feedback on the progress of the implementation, the trainee's performance, and areas of improvement. 
• P rovides a technical test for applicants of the workshop to support in the recruitment for the workshop
• Ensuring safety, the trainer ensures that the sewing workshop is a safe environment for trainees and that they follow safety protocols at all times.
