UNICEF Supply Division is in the process of initiating a solicitation for establishing Long Term Arrangements for Children's
Winter clothing (Ages 3 month - 16 years). This REOI is addressed to reliable and experienced Winter Clothes Vendors who
can supply quality clothing. Product examples are as below (to be confirmed when tender is issued, tentatively during Q1-
Q2/2023).

Companies with global export of such products and who are interested in being considered for the tender should express

Interested vendors are to note UNICEF is endeavoring to have geographically diverse supplier sourcing which will be part of
the preliminary review of this REOI.

Expression of Interest received will be screened based on the information provided and based on required documentationbeing
available on UNGM

(a) Companies are invited to consult UNICEF's procurement policies ahead of Expressing Interest in doing business withUNICEF: https://www.unicef.org/supply/suppliers-and-service-providers
(b) This is NOT an invitation to submit a quotation. Do not send your prices or your products’ specifications at this stage;
(c) Questions about conformity of the supplier’s products will not be answered;
(d) This REoI does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EoI does not automatically guarantee your participation in therequest for quotation;
(e) UNICEF reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final solicitationdocument.
(f) UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REoI and/or solicitation process.
