Description:
The digital Literacy Trainer’s activities include building training skills addressed for beneficiaries (men, women and children) on using the computer system and Microsoft office. The trainer is required to coordinate with the project manager to support the training skills activities combining the needs and the materials.
Responsibilities:
The trainer is required to provide digital literacy training to beneficiaries by providing workshop that help them in acquiring digital skills through e-learning courses, videos, presentation and tutorial links.
The Digital Literacy Trainer will provide the following objectives:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- Computer parts
- Input and Output devices
- Introduction to Gmail
- Team viewer
- Cloud Spacing
- Google drive
- Teams
- Data base backup
- Trouble Shooting
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills to clearly deliver the outputs
- Excellent instruction skills: be able to explain ideas and concept
- Able to keep beneficiaries’ attention
- Patient with excellent attitude
- Abel to deal and communicate with different background
- Have a creative way of delivering the content
- Able to engage the beneficiaries into the workshop
- Able to create health and quality learning environment
Deliverables:
The trainer will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:
- Training syllabus and timetable for each syllabus (days and hours)
- Material used in the training
- Training logistic
- Evaluation of the training and future recommendations
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
At least 2 years experiences
