REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ): T-WAFSCL001-23 for the provision of Ceramic Tiles

One sealed envelope should be submitted in person and not by email to the Wahat al Farah head office in Bkeftine, Koura with the inscription: RFQ#: T-WAFSCL001-23 do not open before: 18 April, 2023 No other inscription should be included on this envelope.

The supplier should be able to provide samples upon request.

The Envelope should include the following Documents:   

1. This RFQ all the pages should be signed and stamped.
2. Data sheet for the proposed items (Source of the steel reinforcement bars) Signed and Stamped
3. Financial offer form fully and accurately filled in, signed and stamped.
4. Copy of company registration. Mandatory
5. Copy of tax registration (Ministry of Finance).
6. Copy of VAT registration (Ministry of Finance)
