Research and Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of research and development strategies and plans

• Manage the R&D team and ensure they are motivated, trained, and aligned with company goals

• Develop and manage R&D budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time

• Identify new hybrid methodologies and trends

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch the Hybrid Learning Model

• Respect the intellectual property portfolio of the organization

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a research and development, management role or digital education projects.

• Proven track record of developing and launching successful projects.

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent writing skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
