Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on the effective use of technology in education, particularly in K-12 and higher education settings.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas where technology can be used to improve teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement technology integration strategies and plans that align with the goals and objectives of educational institutions.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for teachers, faculty, and staff on the effective use of technology in education.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that have the potential to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with educational institutions to develop and implement technology policies and guidelines that support safe, responsible, and ethical use of technology.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology integration strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) working in an EdTech consulting role or related field.
- Strong understanding of educational technology trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experience conducting needs assessments and gap analyses in educational settings.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required.
