Job title: Project Coordinator
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.
Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)
Description: The project coordinator’s role is to lead the team of employment officers and coordinate and negotiate and match jobs with the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Achieve project targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Understand the project process and identify ways of supporting and improving it
- Lead and coordinate with the employment team
- Coordinate with outreach, training, and M&E departments
- Assist the operations manager
- Document internal and external reports.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
- Previous experience in NGO or recruitment companies is a plus
