Project Coordinator

Job title: Project Coordinator

Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.

Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)

Description: The project coordinator’s role is to lead the team of employment officers and coordinate and negotiate and match jobs with the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Achieve project targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Understand the project process and identify ways of supporting and improving it
  • Lead and coordinate with the employment team
  • Coordinate with outreach, training, and M&E departments
  • Assist the operations manager
  • Document internal and external reports.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
  • Previous experience in NGO or recruitment companies is a plus
