Digital Content and Marketing Supervisor

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the implementation of a results-driven digital media strategy for FE-MALE and its projects including Sharika wa Laken feminist platform;
  • Develop marketing and coproduction-relate-dated strategies and policies;
  • Develop and curate engaging content in Arabic and English for social media platforms in addition to MailChimp and newsletters;
  • Advise on and review visual productions including images, videos, and infographics..
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels;
  • Stay up to date with new social media trends and best practices;
  • Identify and contact key stakeholders and influencers to engage with;
  • Develop monitoring and progress reports on a monthly basis.

 

Social Media:

  • Create meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving stakeholder engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Establish our online presence, create awareness, and encourage greater social media participation
  • Develop and manage social influencer programs.
  • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook
  • Insights to monitor and evaluate the organization’s social media presence and performance.
  • Manage the weekly action plans of the digital media and creative team and keep close coordination with Fe-Male’s programs team and SWL editorial team Content creation:
  • Create digital content including newsletters, websites, blogs, articles, pictures, animated explainer videos, etc.
  • Plan, create, and supervise the publishing and sharing of new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful stakeholder connections, increase NGO’s awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the content.
  • Monitor SEO and Stakeholder engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Manage, design, and write email media marketing campaigns.
  • Research industry-related topics
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms Edit and proofread digital content before publication
  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)

  • Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)

 

Job Purpose: Responsible for Posting and managing all SWL and Fe-Male platforms.

Reporting to: Executive Director

Relations with Others: Close working relationship with program and media teams.
