Bids must be received at the above email address no later than 12:00 hrs. (Lebanon time) on
Friday 21 April 2023 and will be opened at 12:30 hrs. Beirut Time on the same day. No public
opening will take place due to current COVID situation.

Queries in any different manner will not be considered.

The following mandatory criteria is required to be eligible for participation:
1- Price should be quoted in USD only.
2- The tender is open for local bidders only.
3- Requirements as stipulated in TOR.
