We aim for increasing citizen participation in local governance as an essential pillar in local development. We believe in the vital role women play in society as economic, social and political actors and work on promoting their inclusion through development and networking programs at the local and national level. In a region struggling with conflicts, youth are the catalysts for real change. We seek to empower them as vital stakeholders in peace-building through coaching and capacity building training.
