Housekeeping Supervisor

-Training the department staff to carry out their work according to the required quality

- Evaluating the level of performance of the department's employees in a continuous manner and directing them to improve their performance

- Developing the annual training plan for the department's employees and following up its implementation with the Human Resources Department

- Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing all applicants to work in the department

- Ensuring the proper implementation of the hospital's instructions and regulations

- Developing the department's budget and submitting it to the head of the General Services Department for review and approval

- Monitoring the department's expenses and ensuring that they are in compliance with the previously set budget

- Reviewing the department's quality system and proposing appropriate solutions to improve the service provided

- Distributing tasks to team members and ensuring that they are implemented on time and according to the required quality

- Keeping abreast of all that is new in his field of work and submitting the necessary recommendations to the head of the department

- Preparing and distributing the weekly order in coordination with the heads of departments and the assistant head of the department

- Monitoring the status of furniture and recommending the upholstery of some furnishings in coordination with the heads of the concerned departments

- View reports of patients' forms and address their problems in terms of hygiene as soon as possible

- Submission of reports related to:

- Result of the work of the binding companies (monthly reports)

-Movement of the budget and justification for the increase or decrease in consumption

- He carries out the tasks assigned to him by his officials within the scope of his job
