- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to help individuals make an informed career decision.
- Assist and guide individuals through occupational exploration and the career decision-making process.
- Engage individuals in resources for researching employers and current employment opportunities.
- Select apprentices, matching them with employers, and monitor the program's implementation.
- Conduct weekly visit on the apprenticeship site to verify work conditions, verify the presence of beneficiaries as well solving any problems or resolving any concerns they may have.
- Conduct a session on the labor law regulation, Occupational safety, and health practices.
- Inform beneficiaries about potentially helpful career-related opportunities.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism while working or coordinating with the people we serve, farmers, and any internal or external party. Any incident or work-related conflict should be immediately reported to the Supervisor.
- The Job holder should avoid going into any work-related communication which might jeopardize the relationship of RI with any party.
- The job holder should demonstrate a high level of cultural sensitivity, professionalism, politeness, and objectivity when dealing with the people we serve and all internal/external parties under all circumstances.
