Administrative Assistant

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Registering of all incoming, outgoing documents, forms, records, correspondence, aids, etc...
  • Answering and directing all phone calls 
  • Providing support to all senior personnel in writing official letters and other administrative issues
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Maintaining a detailed log file for all the donations regardless of the type
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments for the President of the organization as well as for the line manager when needed
  • Assisting in the preparation of the regularly scheduled reports
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Maintaining Office policies and procedures
  • Conducting monthly inventory
  • Performing other duties as requested by the line manager

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

 

Skills:

  • Strong command of Arabic, English and French
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to perform a job with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge in filing and archiving processes
