Framework Agreement - Meal Boxes & Coffee Breaks

Purpose: Right to Play Lebanon is seeking suppliers to submit offers for a long-term agreement – Meal boxes & coffee breaks

Duration: The duration of the contract will be for one year.

Criteria:

1-Legally registered with the Lebanese government

2-Following high standards in food safety & delivery process (ISO9001, ISO22000)

3-Good quality fresh products  

4-Variety in menu

5-Can handle more than 1 delivery order to different places at same day

6-will accept payments through cash letters or bank transfers 

7 – will accept payments after delivery dates (15 to 30 days)

8-Can provide legal invoices & delivery notes
