Upholstery Trainer - Tripoli / مدرب/ة تنجيد - طرابلس

نبحث عن مدرب/ة لتقديم تدريب على بناء القدرات على أساس العمل في مركزنا في طرابلس.

المسؤوليات:

تطوير وتقديم جلسات تدريبية أسبوعية على تقنيات التنجيد.

تعليم الشباب كيفية تطبيق تقنيات التنجيد على الأثاث ومستلزمات المنزل.

توفير معلومات حول مواد التنجيد وأنواعها.

ضمان الجودة المناسبة وتعليم الشباب كيفية الحصول على تشطيب عالي الجودة.

تعليم الشباب كيفية عمل نموذج (Patron) قبل البدء.

تقديم تدريب على أساس العمل والدعم للشباب.

الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للجلسات التدريبية وتقدم الشباب.

المتطلبات:

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التنجيد.

محفظة عمل ونماذج للأعمال.

خبرة في تعليم أو تدريب الآخرين على تقنيات التنجيد.

معرفة بمواد وتقنيات التنجيد المختلفة.

مهارات اتصال وتفاعلية قوية.

القدرة على العمل مع الشباب المهمشين.

إجادة اللغة العربية مطلوبة.

Job Type: Part-time, contract

MARCH is seeking an upholstery trainer to provide on the job capacity building training at its Conflict Resolution Center in tripoli.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver weekly training sessions on upholstery techniques

Teach the youth how to apply upholstery techniques on furniture and home accessories

Provide information about upholstery materials and types

Ensure proper quality and teach the youth how to acquire high-end finishing

Teach the youth how to make a model (Patron) before they start

Provide on-the-job capacity building and support to the youth

Keep accurate records of the training sessions and progress of the youth
 

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in upholstery

Portfolio and work samples

Experience in teaching or training others in upholstery techniques

Knowledge of different upholstery materials and techniques

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with marginalized youth

Fluency in Arabic is required
