Trainers

Duties:

• Deliver training programs in-person, online or hybrid
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
• Build relationships with trainees and maintain regular communication
• Provide exceptional trainings and support to our partners
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in training and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in designing and delivering trainings
• Experience with adult learning theories and instructional design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamA
• Willingness to travel to trainees sites as needed
• Proficiency with technology and virtual training platforms
