IT Specialist - Choueifat

Responsibilities:

• Installing new software and hardware components.
• Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
• Assisting with network administration tasks.
• Ensuring data storage, and IT assets is safe and secure.
• Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
• Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, Vlans, and access points, Build firewall rules
• Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
• Travel between our offices in Lebanon, Choueifat (majority of the time), Chouf (1-2  days a week), and Hasbaya in the South (oncea month or as needed)

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, computer science or a related field is preferable.
• At  least 2 years of relevant experience with hands-on and practice.
• Professional certification (e.g. CCNS, CISSP, MCSE).
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco and unifi ubiquiti routers and wifi controllers.
• Experience with productive tools, Google workspace and subscription plans.
• Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
• Personable, professional and collaborative.
