Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Coordinator

    • Develop and implement comprehensive TVET programs, including curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment strategies.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs, industry demands, and emerging trends in the relevant sectors.
    • Collaborate with vocational institutions, training providers, and employers to establish partnerships, work-based learning opportunities, and apprenticeship programs.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements for TVET programs.
    • Recruit, train, and manage instructors and trainers, providing them with ongoing support, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
    • Monitor the progress and performance of TVET programs, conducting regular evaluations, and implementing improvements based on feedback and data.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with students, instructors, employers, and relevant government agencies or industry associations.
    • Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of training equipment, tools, and resources necessary for TVET programs.
    • Facilitate the transition of students from training to employment, supporting job placement initiatives and career guidance services.
    • Develop and manage budgets for TVET programs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Proficient in monitoring and evaluation techniques for measuring program effectiveness.
