Job title: Outreach Coordinator
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.
Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Screen and interview potential candidates for the training program and employment positions.
- Reach out to community members of all ages, genders, and abilities, including people with disabilities.
- Prepare and conduct evaluation reports.
- Interview job seekers having physical, or sensory disabilities or people with financial challenges.
- Initiate formal contact and collaborations with NGOs.
- Coordinate with other departments in order to ensure target outcomes.
Job Qualifications:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or previous experience in NGO or coordination.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Experience in working with individuals with disabilities or people facing financial challenges is a plus.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficient in reporting, technical, and statistical skills.
- Languages: Arabic and English.
