Outreach Coordinator

Job title: Outreach Coordinator

Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.

Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Screen and interview potential candidates for the training program and employment positions.
  • Reach out to community members of all ages, genders, and abilities, including people with disabilities.
  • Prepare and conduct evaluation reports.
  • Interview job seekers having physical, or sensory disabilities or people with financial challenges.
  • Initiate formal contact and collaborations with NGOs.
  • Coordinate with other departments in order to ensure target outcomes.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or previous experience in NGO or coordination.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in working with individuals with disabilities or people facing financial challenges is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficient in reporting, technical, and statistical skills.
  • Languages: Arabic and English.
