Technical Expert in Wastewater Treatment Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Expert in Wastewater Treatment Systems to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wastewater Treatment systems, with specific expertise in Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Unit, Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC), Multi-Disc Screw Press, and Mechanical Screen. Experience in Solar systems is also preferable.

The Technical Expert will be responsible for studying tender requirements and assessing received offers related to water treatment systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of tender requirements for water treatment and Solar systems.
• Evaluate and assess received offers from suppliers and contractors regarding water treatment equipment, specifically Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Unit, Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC), Multi-Disc Screw Press, and Mechanical Screen.
• Verify that the proposed systems meet the technical specifications and performance criteria outlined in the tender.
• Prepare technical reports outlining the findings, including strengths and weaknesses of each offer.
• Provide recommendations based on technical expertise and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to decision-making processes regarding the selection of waste water treatment systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience and expertise in Water Treatment systems, specifically Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Unit, Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC), Multi-Disc Screw Press, and Mechanical Screen.
• Familiarity with Solar systems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical information.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Prior experience in assessing tender requirements and evaluating offers is an advantage.

Duration and Compensation:

This position is a consultancy role with a duration of 10 to 15 days. The selected candidate will receive a salary of 2,000 Eur for the agreed duration of the consultancy.
