Inclusion Officer

LOST is seeking to recruit an Inclusion Officer in Baalbeck

Responsibilities:

The inclusion officer is required to:

Guide students towards inclusive learning

Train teachers on inclusion practices

Refer students to inclusion centers

Supervise the inclusion process in all centers

Adjust activities to meet inclusion criteria

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the inclusion process and the status of the students

Attend the required meetings and workshops

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Specialization in Inclusion), Psychology, Sociology, or any other related field.

2-3 years of experience in the education field in general and the inclusion practices in particular.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members.

Ability to show positive and collaborative approach toward diversity.

Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences.

Fluency in English and Arabic.
