Responsibilities
- Obtains and maintains a working knowledge of all food menus.
- Transfers food items to and from kitchen easily and smoothly.
- Analyzes food checks ensuring all food coming out of the kitchen is accurate and up to Kanz Standard.
- Assures guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food.
- Ensures guest has proper silverware, napkin, and share plates when delivering food.
- Keeps service station clean and organized.
- Maintains cleanliness through the shift.
- Maintain hospitality toward the guest.
