 Responsibilities 

  • Obtains and maintains a working knowledge of all food menus.
  • Transfers food items to and from kitchen easily and smoothly.
  • Analyzes food checks ensuring all food coming out of the kitchen is accurate and up to Kanz Standard.
  • Assures guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food. 
  • Ensures guest has proper silverware, napkin, and share plates when delivering food.  
  • Keeps service station clean and organized.
  • Maintains cleanliness through the shift.
  • Maintain hospitality toward the guest.
