Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a well-structured power point pertinent to the topic
- Develop elaborative training material for the participants
- Train the participants on the methods and concepts of the topic
- Develop a pre-training questionnaire, to assess the participant’s knowledge of the topic
- Engage new interactive post-training methods in assessing the participants’ understanding of the topic
- Write a report by the end of the program, summarizing the outcomes of the training sessions and discussing the results of the pre- and post-training assessments.
- Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field Fundamental Leadership Training
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Experience of using a blended learning approach when designing and delivering training
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Content/Curriculum Development
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule to support delivery
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
