Fundamental Leadership Skills Expert / Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a well-structured power point pertinent to the topic
  • Develop elaborative training material for the participants
  • Train the participants on the methods and concepts of the topic
  • Develop a pre-training questionnaire, to assess the participant’s knowledge of the topic
  • Engage new interactive post-training methods in assessing the participants’ understanding of the topic
  • Write a report by the end of the program, summarizing the outcomes of the training sessions and discussing the results of the pre- and post-training assessments.
  • Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field Fundamental Leadership Training
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Experience of using a blended learning approach when designing and delivering training
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Content/Curriculum Development
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to support delivery
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
