Call for Tender - Center/Apartment Rental (DPNA-SHABAKE001)

As part of a PSS project under the “Grant Award for the rapid response mechanism for the crisis in Lebanon” with Expertise France – Groupe AFD, DPNA is requesting rent of center/apartment located in Saida or its suburbs for a minimum of 5 months with an outdoor space.

Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA) requests your price quotation for center/apartment rental with an outdoor space specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

All quotes provided should meet the specification(s) listed, and include the following information for the criterion listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder:

• Technical Section:
  • Center/Apartment Specifications must be available since the technical evaluation will be assessed accordingly (Photos is an addition).
  • Registration papers/certificates.
  • Not subject to legal proceedings from the court (Clean).
  • Copy of the center/apartment owner ID.
• Financial Section:
  • RFQ complemented and stamped whereas the quotations must include the following details since the financial evaluation will be assessed accordingly.
    • Rental Price per day.
    • Service Details.
    • Payment Method.
    • Validity Offer.
