The main objectives are as follow:
• To identify the extent to which marginalized and vulnerable populations, including women, men, children, older persons, and persons with disabilities, are included in various sectors, including WASH, Health, protection, Food Security and Livelihood.
• To understand the specific needs and priorities of marginalized and vulnerable populations so that interventions and programs’ adjustments can be tailored to meet those needs and priorities effectively.
• To identify the barriers and challenges that marginalized and vulnerable populations face in accessing and benefiting from various services and interventions.
• To develop recommendations and strategies for improving inclusion and reducing barriers for marginalized and vulnerable populations, including women, children, older persons, and persons with disabilities, in various sectors.

The multi-sector, age, gender, and disability inclusion analysis is expected to be completed within a period of three months, starting from the date of ToR sign-off
