Organizational Development (Deadline extended)

DanChurchAid Lebanon is seeking to recruit a consultant to support the NGO in creating a structure for their organization. The objective of this initiative is to establish a strong organizational foundation, improve effectiveness and efficiency, and ensure long-term sustainability. The consultants will provide expertise in various areas, including organizational development, standard operating procedures, human resources, monitoring, evaluation and learning, communications, proposal writing, budgeting, and fund management.

Guidelines for Submission:

-    Consultants/Consultancy Firms should submit all requirements requested in Annex 1 (Terms of Reference)
-    Consultants/Consultancy Firms should submit a proposal that covers the include details on the aspects shown in Annex 2 (Organisation and Methodology)
-    Consultants/Consultancy Firms should fill their prices, details about them/their company, references in Annex 3 (Proposal Submission form)
-    Consultants should read and sign each of Annexes 4 and 5 (General Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct)
-    Consultants/Consultancy Firms should send their registration documents if it is a company or ID and MoF number if it is an individual consultant.
