Mada Association is launching a work-based TD to rehabilitate and construct irrigation channels in Akkar and Dennieh. (Daouret-Kakkar, Ain El Dahab, Hrar) and North Lebanon (Dannieh-Bqarsouna) - Ref: ITB-BMZ2023TRI36 within the framework of the BMZ-funded project “Strengthen resilience of refugees from Syria and their host communities to current and future challenges and risks related to socio-economic crises in Lebanon” ’, implemented by Mada Association in partnership with arche noVa.
Mada Association intends to select only registered companies/contractors for the construction and rehabilitation of irrigation channels in Akkar and North Lebanon.

The closing date for submission of offers is 11 August 2023 at 16:00 pm Beirut time as per instructions in the tender documents.

Three site visits will be conducted to the three lots (Whoever intends to submit an offer for a specific lot is required to visit the site of the related lot), (as well as an information session) in order to better comprehend the nature of the works, the project's objective, and how to submit the bid. The dates of the visits are specified in the ITB, along with the attachments interested parties will receive. Companies that have obtained the documents must also submit an email to Procurement@mada.org.lb by July 28, 2023, in order to express their interest in participating in the site visits. Non-participants of the site visits and the information session will be disqualified

All applications will have to follow the rules detailed in the ITB document, and submit offers by hand in a sealed envelope, signed, or stamped at Mada Association - North Lebanon, Tripoli, Dam and Farez, AL Wafaa center 4th floor, next to AL Wafaa Mosque, before August 11, 2023, at 16:00.
In case of any missing document and non-compliance to the application rules of the ITB, the application will directly be considered as excluded.
