Creative art teacher

Objectives:

The primary objectives of hiring a creative art teacher are as follows:

1. To provide high-quality art education to students of various age groups and skill levels.
2. To foster creativity, self-expression, and critical thinking through engaging art activities.
3. To create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to explore their artistic interests.

Scope of Work:

The art teacher will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Designing and delivering engaging creative art modules based on established curriculum guidelines.
2. Reviewing and enhancing already adopted creative arts modules.
3. Training youths on running developed creative art modules
4. Working with the youths when delivering the art classes/sessions to children ensuring that they have a meaningful and purposeful contribution.
5. Developing lesson plans that cater to students' individual needs and abilities.
6. Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their artistic skills.
7. Demonstrating and teaching various art techniques, including painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media, and digital art.
8. Introducing students to art history, art appreciation, and the works of famous artists.
9. Incorporating interdisciplinary approaches to connect art with other subjects.
10. Planning and organizing student exhibitions, art shows, or other public displays of student artwork.
11. Plan and organize art trips for children including exhibitions and museums.

Qualifications and Requirements:
