Monitoring & Evaluating Officer

Key Accountabilities

• Develops and strengthens monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.

• Monitors project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output.              

• Recommends further improvement of the logical frame work.

• Develops monitoring and impact indicator for the project success.

• Monitors and evaluates overall progress on achievement of results.        

• Monitors the sustainability of the project's results. 

• Provides feedback to the Program Manager on project strategies and activities.

• Suggests strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.        

• Reports on all project activities.

• Develops indicators and a monitoring strategy for the project.

• Develops baseline data for each project component and for all project indicators.

Skills : 

• Expert in Micorsoft Office, especially Excel of quantitative analysis.

• Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation for international agencies and/or NGOs.
