Key Accountabilities
Strategy
- Elaborates the vision at the department level and set up the yearly strategic plan and the yearly budgets in accordance with Beit EL Baraka’s vision and mission.
- Sets and identifies departmental Key Performance Indicators - KPIs
General Operations
- Plans, designs and provides direct supervision of the implementation of project activities to ensure that deadlines are met and activities produce quality outputs.
- Undertakes field visits.
- Designs and develops project strategies including communication strategies.
- Develops monitoring and evaluation tools for the project to ensure effective monitoring of each individual activity.
- Conducts monthly and quarterly project planning, reviews and progresses meetings with project team.
- Keeps in regular coordination with the project team and provide guidance on the project activities.
- Maintains regular coordination and communication with donor, other partner organizations, NGOs, institutions supporting BEB and community representatives to build and enhance their ownership.
- Attends the relevant meetings, workshops forums to present the project achievements and successes.
- Establishes and manages relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
- Supervises and supports the field teams in conducting activities.
- Supports the project team in ensuring and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (including Activity, Monthly and Review Reports).
- Reviews and finalizes the reports of key project activities.
- Monitors regular visits.
- Monthly reviews meetings with senior management and donor.
- Ensure that project activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
People Management
- Carries out Annual Appraisals for subordinates.
- Makes recommendation on hiring, termination, promotion and discipline as required.
- Provides support and guidance to his/her team, develops and motivates their performance to improve productivity and quality of work.
Financial Accountabilities
- Develops, monitors, oversees the department’s budget and financial.
Skills :
Expert in Micorsoft Office.
Experience in Project managing for international agencies and/or NGOs.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems for project management.
