Mada Association, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority (CA) invites qualified and eligible vendors, to make a firm offer for equipping an existing infrastructure of nursery at Aabdeh Akkar under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Note: Prices are requested to be in USD with VAT Exclusive.
The contracted vendor will be chosen based on the most competitive price aligning with the specifications requested by the call.
Offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Datasheets for items presented (Anti-insects' nets, 2-inch pipe, shade green nets, ventilation fans and black mulch) (0/5)
- Origin of Goods for irrigation system items (Annex. 5b) (0/15)
- Number of days needed between contract awarding and date of installation (0/10 Points)
- Number of days needed for installation (0/10)
- Financial Offer (0/60 points)

To receive the Invitation to Bid and related mandatory annexes, please send an email to procurement@mada.org.lb by July 21, 2023. Please indicate in the e-mail subject field only the following: ITB-SHABAKE2023TRI08
A site visit will be conducted at Abdeh, Akkar including an information session in order to better comprehend the nature of the project's objective, and how to submit the bid. The dates of the visit are specified in the ITB, along with the attachments interested parties will receive. Companies that have obtained the documents must also submit an email to Procurement@mada.org.lb by July 25, 2023, in order to express their interest in participating in the site visit. Non-participants of the site visit and the information session will be disqualified.
Note: Any application documents received from the Bidder through e-mail will result in disqualification.
