Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Operational Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide advice and guidance on Quality Assurance activities in LRC BTS in compliance with National and international standards and regulations.
2. Assure compliance to LRC BTS policies and procedures in all branches.
3. Support quality manager in conducting yearly appraisals of BTS technicians and assess training needs.
4. Support quality manager in qualification of newly recruited technicians.
5. Contribute to the development of remedial training for BTS technicians
6. Participate in training of personnel related to quality tools and continuous quality improvement
7. Participate in process updates, in compliance with national and international updates
8. Perform announced and unannounced internal audits based on pre-defined checklists
9. Perform competency assessment for BTS technicians
10. Participates in equipment operational qualification/validation based on pre-defined validation plan.
11. Report non-conformities, through the LRC declaration system
12. Support the quality manager with investigations of non-conformities, client complaints and other deviations.
13. Assure documentation control
14. Support in implementation of risk analysis and risk management processes
15. Participate in meetings with LRC BTS management as needed
16. Analyze problems and situation, and demonstrate good problem solving
17. Have ability to gather appropriate info and demonstrate good decision making by demonstrating knowledge of the ethical standards of practice
18. Submit weekly, monthly and annually reports to the quality manager

Industry Related Experience

• Experience in similar volunteer-based organizations or humanitarian organizations
