Electrical Engineer

 

Responsibilities:

The electrical engineer is responsible to give technical support and supervision on a solar energy system project Borderless is willing to purchase and install at its centers. 

 

Objective: 

Conduct a general assessment for the needs of the center

Prepare a detailed technical BOQ for the request 

Review technical specifications on related procurement requests 

Provide technical support on reviewing, setting selection criteria and scoring the proposals received

Set the installation work plan reflecting stages and the expected results for the purchase

Supervise the works and the installation at each stage and ensure the safety and proper use of workers and tools and equipment

Receiving and inspecting the equipment installed and providing a report for each work plan stage

Setting a maintenance plan for the system installed

Other related duties and tasks as maybe requested by supervisor

Assignment / Location:

Borderless center at Ouzai and Karantina, 

Estimate needed 4 visits/ work days

 

Requirements:

University degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience working in solar systems is a must.

Experience in working with NGOs is a plus.
