The Consultant is expected to fulfill the following in addition to any other task required:
- Social Media Audit:
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of Bon Choix's current social media presence, including all active social media accounts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing social media strategies, content, engagement, and overall brand representation.
- Social Media Strategy Development:
- Develop a tailored social media strategy aligned with Bon Choix's brand identity, target audience, and business goals.
- Define specific objectives, target metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.
- Content Planning and Creation:
- Create a content plan that includes a variety of engaging and relevant content formats (e.g., images, videos, infographics, articles) to capture the attention of the target audience.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting across different social media platforms.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and optimize Bon Choix's social media accounts, including regular posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Implement strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Influencer and Partnership Collaboration:
- Identify potential influencers, bloggers, or relevant partners in the food and lifestyle industry for collaboration and brand promotion.
- Facilitate partnerships and manage influencer campaigns to amplify Bon Choix's reach and brand awareness.
- Social Media Advertising:
- Develop targeted social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive engagement.
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns for maximum effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Deliverables:
- Social Media Audit Report:
- A comprehensive report summarizing the findings of the social media audit, including strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Social Media Strategy Document:
- A detailed social media strategy document outlining the objectives, target metrics, KPIs, and recommended approaches for Bon Choix's social media improvement.
- Content Plan and Calendar:
- A content plan and calendar with a variety of engaging content ideas and a schedule for posting across different social media platforms.
- Social Media Management:
- Ongoing management and optimization of Bon Choix's social media accounts, including regular posting, engagement, and response to comments and messages.
- Influencer and Partnership Collaboration Plan:
- Recommendations for influencer collaborations and partnerships, including identification of potential influencers or partners and strategies for collaboration.
- Social Media Advertising Campaigns:
- Creation and management of targeted social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Regular reports on social media performance, key metrics, trends, and insights to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
The consultant will provide these deliverables within the specified intervention period after working closely with the company to improve their social media presence and enhance brand awareness.
As part of the program’s Monitoring and Evaluation (ME&L) processes, the consultant is required to:
- Deliver a briefing report to the program’s team.
- Attending check-ins short meetings, if needed and required by the program’s team
- Attending MEL induction meeting before the beginning of the session if requested by the program’s team
- Conducting pre-post assessment, feedback and attendance as requested by the program team

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, MSc Degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, communications, economics, entrepreneurship, and international business and any other relevant field.
- At least 15 years of experience in similar projects.
- Excellent communications and report writing skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
The selected Consultant is expected to start his/her activities at the soonest after selection; the exact timeline and effective working days are to be set based on both the company’s and the Consultant’s availability not exceeding the end of November 2023. The total budget allocated for this intervention is $5,000 and should cover 5 months of work.
Candidates should submit the following documents:
- Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in section: “Scope of Work, Outputs, and Deliverables” elaborating it further.
- Profile and project references (maximum two pages): A brief explanation of the consultant(s) background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as annex) along with project references on the topic.
- Financial Proposal describing the expected renumeration and the proposed timeline and Days of intervention.
