Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Policy and Compliance:

    Develop and update company policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements.

    Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    Handle workplace safety initiatives and maintain records related to safety training.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 

HR Experience:

Relevant work experience in HR, which may include roles such as HR assistant, coordinator, generalist, specialist, manager, or director.

Experience in specific HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, or HRIS management.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills for handling employee interactions, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and HR issues.
