Borderless NGO is launching a Local Open Tender and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the Procurement Procedure for the relevant lot(s):
Centre Painting and Rehabilitation of the Ouzai Community Center
- The Centre Painting and Rehabilitation is for a humanitarian project in an intervention supported by donors.
- The requested works include: paintings of the walls and ceiling, fence installation, iron painting, cabinet installation, and ceiling treatment. The painting and rehabilitation works are at Borderless community center, a building consisting of 3 floors (1 ground office floor and 2 classroom floors).
- The Centre Painting and Rehabilitation is to be implemented in Ouzai, Beirut - Lebanon
- All work should start on Monday 18 September 2023 and be finalized / delivered No later then Monday 9 October 2023.

- The offered prices should be by item and shall be quoted in USD only. VAT and/or any sales tax applicable to the purchase of supplies shall be in Lebanese Pound LBP and indicated separately in the Submission Form.
- All offers, English language preferred, must be delivered to Ouzai community center by Friday September 1, 2023 4:00pm. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send them in an email to procurement@borderlessngo.org and director@borderlessngo.org by Tuesday 29 August 2023 by 4:00 PM Beirut time.

How to request tender documents:
Interested companies shall send an email to director@borderlessngo.org and procurement@borderlessngo.org expressing their interest in bidding for the Centre Painting and Rehabilitation of Ouzai Community center. The tender documents will be sent to you.
How to submit tender documents:
The tenderer shall complete and submit the following documents with his tender:
- Tender Submission Form (Annex 2) with supporting documents (including financial proposal)
- Technical Data Form (Annex 1) with supporting documents (fact sheets of the products)
- Company registration documents (MOF, Commercial Registry, owners ID)
- Company portfolio and qualifications (qualified team and company experience reflecting similar contracted project) (detailed in section A.5 of the tender dossier)
- Tender guarantee letter
- Suggested work plan
