Short Term Entrepreneurship Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • ​​​​​Develop comprehensive work plans, timelines, and schedules for the PYE program in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the program budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring effective financial management in alignment with project goals.
  • Work closely with the HR team to recruit and onboard trainers who will deliver high-quality training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and finance teams to ensure all processes and procedures related to budget utilization are adhered to.
  • Oversee the overall quality of training sessions, ensuring that they are engaging, informative, and aligned with program objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue rentals, transportation, and necessary resources for training sessions and events.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts to engage with potential program participants, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with enumerators and business officers to ensure smooth data collection, business validation, and participant selection processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate program progress against established targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with local commununities and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of training sessions and activities.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, documenting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Manage the preparation of documentation for project audits and evaluations as required.
  • Provide guidance and support to the project team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
  • Organize periodic review meetings to assess progress and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure that all project activities are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (3-4 years) in project coordination, preferably in youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, or education programs.
  • Sincere interest in the mission of INJAZ Lebanon and in entrepreneurship.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage various aspects of the program simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
  • Experience in working with diverse stakeholders and partners.
  • Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic.
