Association LRC wishes to invite you to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to the provision of training material.

     1. Required Documents are as follow: 

• Commercial Register Certificate
• Certificate of Registration at the Ministry of Finance
• No Receivership
• No Liquidation
• No Bankruptcy
• Certificate of Establishment Bank Account Fresh USD in Lebanon

Any extra Documents will be an added value.

     2. The Grading during the evaluation is defined as below:

• CV, Experience and references (10 points)
• Legal admin and financial documents (Pass or Fail)
• Price (40 points)
• Delivery time frame (15 points)
• Quality (35 points)

     3. N.B:

• LebRelief can drop out the price offers if all the essential required documents are not submitted with the price offer.
• Invitation to bid, the Sworm declaration, third party beneficary idenrification and price offer form should be signed and stamped on every page.
• This call for tender will be conducted using LebRelief standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. 
• The bids will be reviewd after the submission deadline in an online session.
