Consultant on Outreach - Enrollment & Placement

Description of duties and responsibilities:

The consultant will be working over a duration of an estimate of 4 months and his/her main
responsibilities will include the following:

● Prepare outreach plan and timeline
● Create placement tests and criteria of youth selection
● Participate in collaboration with employment consultants and program and field teams in the
selection of trainees to enroll in different tracks
● Offer support to field coordinator during orientation sessions
