- Develop and implement a comprehensive PSEA strategy and action plan in line with international standards and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify vulnerable areas or populations at higher risk of exploitation and abuse.
- Design and deliver PSEA training and awareness programs for staff, partners, beneficiaries and stakeholders.
- Design and disseminate awareness-raising and visibility tools and facilitate events for community members with emphasis on their rights, what SEA and staff reporting obligations are, and options for reporting sensitive complaints and victim assistance services.
- Take the lead on collaborating with HR to ensure all new hires receive induction on PSEA. As well as refresh trainings.
- Act as channel to receive allegations of SEA. Report and where relevant refer allegations to the organization whose personnel are implicated, and survivors to assistance inline with internal procedure and available pathways.
- Ensure the provision of support services for survivors and liaise with agencies as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PSEA measures and recommend improvements.
- Compile and analyze data on PSEA -related incidents and trends producing regular reports for management and donors.
- Promote a culture of zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse within the organization.
- Stay updated of international PSEA standards and best practices.
- Represent Nabad at Lebanon PSEA network’ meetings, actively participate in fulfilling Network’s action plan and report back to the Executive Director on Network progress and lessons learned. Report all SEA incidents to the Lebanon PSEA Network.
