Tri-pulley

Tri-pulley aims to foster self-reliance, address societal issues, and improve long-term employability for skilled individuals in Beirut and Tripoli who face barriers to entering the job market. Tri-pulley creates decent temporary job opportunities for these individuals in various sectors such as women's empowerment, environmental initiatives, education, MSME support, and social cohesion. Participants receive comprehensive support, including on-the-job training, skills development, CV assistance, interview techniques, and job search resources. They are also connected to relevant training and job vacancies. In return for their services of a few hours of work per week, participants receive a monthly payment and necessary materials. They are matched with families, businesses, social enterprises, or NGOs, offering valuable services at no cost. This not only improves their employability and well-being but also addresses critical social issues.
