Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy related to the project.
- Create content calendars, set posting schedules, and monitor social media trends.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including written posts, graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop multimedia content.
- Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice and messaging.
Audience Engagement:
- Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Foster online discussions, address inquiries and build relationships with the audience.
- Implement strategies to increase user engagement and community participation.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media metrics and track the performance of campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize content.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities and growth.
Online Communication:
- Manage online communication channels, including email newsletters and website updates.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital communication.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
