Supervisor

Peace of Art is looking for  Supervisors near Ain, Baalbeck-Hermel who is to be in person at Peace of Art Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the implementation of the assigned Youth program portfolio in alignment with the action plan.
• Create and compile necessary status reports when needed.
• Collaborate effectively with the youth, trainers, and the overall team.
• Perform data collection tasks as specified.
• Supervise and oversee the youth groups, focusing on enhancing their capabilities and transferring essential skills.
• Actively contribute ideas for improvements and propose necessary changes to program activities.
• Identify and make referrals for cases involving youth as required.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of young participants, ensuring they are not exposed to any form of harm or stress during the activities and that they feel secure and respected.
• Support with the MEAL plan.
