Media Production & Marketing Trainer

Peace of Art is looking for a Media Production & Marketing Trainer near Ain, Baalbeck-Hermel who is to be in person at Peace of Art Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•              Ensure the development of a well-defined curriculum for the mentioned training.

•              Assess the proficiency level of each candidate.

•              Focus on introducing innovative methods that participants can apply to enhance their efficiency.

•              Create and administer training assessment tools, including pre and post-tests.

•              Deliver a comprehensive final report on the training, including valuable recommendations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The selected trainer should possess advanced experience in delivering Media and Marketing training
• Demonstrate strong experience in providing training to participants from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Possess knowledge and experience in collaborating with NGOs and local authorities
• Exhibit expertise in developing, designing, and facilitating training programs.
• Recognize training requirements associated with Eco and Rural Tourism sectors and conduct appropriate capacity-building workshops and training sessions for the local communities.
• Utilize appropriate and well-explained instructional methodologies that encourage active trainee participation, effective knowledge retention, and adaptive capacity.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt the training content to the educational level of the participants.
• Recommend an appropriate advertising strategy for the media campaign aimed at raising awareness.
